Our Student Charter was a central aspect of our work and also reflects our ethos towards the women in our supported housing project since our Special Needs School closed in September 2023.
Each individual has the right to the same respect, dignity and choice as that afforded to other individuals.
Each individual can expect to be:
– Offered choices within the learning environment
– Treated with respect and dignity.
– Supported in their development at their own individual pace.
– Offered the opportunity for personal expression within a safe environment.
– Offered support and encouragement in developing relationships with their peers.
– Offered support and encouragement to participate within the local community.
